The warm and friendly staff created an inviting atmosphere, with Preyash, the front office executive, standing out for his humility and readiness to assist. While the service took its time on occasion-waiting up to 40 minutes for a water bottle-these minor delays were overshadowed by the overall experience. Each moment spent at the hotel was infused with the genuine hospitality that Nepal is known for. My stay was marked by satisfaction and comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend this welcoming retreat for travelers seeking both relaxation and warmth during their journeys.
